Ok, Debbie,Your wish is my command. Here is the Pansy motif. I wanted that saying on here, because pansys are for rememberance, but I'm not good at backstitch so I just wrote this on there. Probably not the right thing to do, but then I guess it would be the same as painting something on.

Beautiful! I see nothing wrong with writing a saying in permanent ink. If you look at the old friendship quilts, they often did that. There are all kinds of copper design plates at the antique stores - not as many as there used to be - that they would cover with ink and press in, too.
Besides, if the CQ police come by, make sure they have a warrant. =)
Thank you for sharing it. That is one special motif! I love it! The great appeal of CQ is the degree of freedom to express individuality! Permanent ink works for me too. :-)
